The service

Bayline provides shop-management software for independent auto repair shops: repair orders, digital estimates, technician board, invoicing, AI-drafted customer messages, and shop SMS. One subscription covers one shop.

Pricing and billing

Bayline costs $69 CAD per month, flat — every feature, every staff login. Self-serve signup with a 14-day free trial is coming soon — join the waitlist or book a demo today. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your billing page. Your shop stays active until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Bayline lawfully: no spam, no harassment of customers via SMS, and customer consent is required before texting (the app enforces this). You are responsible for the accuracy of your shop's repair orders, estimates, and invoices.

AI drafts

AI-generated message drafts are suggestions only. Every draft waits for a human to accept or rewrite — nothing sends automatically. Your shop is responsible for messages it approves and sends.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
